HR admin that stops living in spreadsheets.

Employee records, attendance and leave, payroll inputs, documents and performance tracking - the HR admin that usually sprawls across spreadsheets, email threads and a filing cabinet, in one system instead.

Available on a monthly subscription.

What XE-HRMS does

The core capabilities, and what each one actually changes in your day-to-day.

Employee records & documents

Personal details, roles, reporting lines, contracts and certificates held in one profile, with access limited to who should see it.

Attendance & leave

Leave types, balances, approval chains and attendance records that reflect your own policy rather than a generic default.

Payroll inputs

Attendance, leave, overtime and deductions consolidated into a clean payroll input, instead of rebuilt by hand each month.

Performance tracking

Goals, review cycles and appraisal records kept against the employee so history survives manager changes.

Onboarding & exit

Joining checklists, document collection, asset handover and exit formalities tracked as process, not memory.

Employee self-service

Staff apply for leave, check balances and update their own details, which removes a large share of HR's inbox.

Who it's for

XE-HRMS is a fit if any of the following sounds like your situation.

  • HR teams running attendance and leave on spreadsheets
  • Growing companies where payroll inputs take days to assemble
  • Managers who need approval trails rather than verbal agreement
  • Businesses already using the CodeZenX ATS who want hire-to-retire continuity
  • Teams that want an enterprise level of application without enterprise-level overhead
  • Businesses that need a cost effective alternative to per-seat SaaS pricing
  • Organisations that want lightning fast application development and rollout

Own it, don't rent it

Everything in the CodeZenX ecosystem is built on our own low-code platform, which means it can be shaped to your process, deployed on infrastructure you control, and extended when your business changes - instead of waiting for a vendor's roadmap.

How we get you live

A short, predictable path from first conversation to a system your team uses every day.

1

Configure your policy

Leave types, accrual rules, shifts, approval chains and holiday calendars are set to your policy, not a template.

2

Load employees

Employee master data, balances and documents are imported and verified.

3

Open self-service

Staff get access to their own leave, balances and details, which is where the workload drop shows up first.

4

Run a payroll cycle

We stay close through the first full cycle so the payroll input is right the first time.

Common questions

Does it run payroll?

It produces the payroll input - attendance, leave, overtime, deductions - in a clean, checkable form. Final payroll processing can be handled by your existing payroll provider or XE-Accounts.

Can it handle shifts and multiple locations?

Yes. Shift patterns, location-specific holiday calendars and separate approval chains per location are all supported.

Is employee data secure?

Access is role-based, and the system can be deployed on infrastructure you control - which matters for personal data under local privacy rules.

Does it connect to the ATS?

Yes. A candidate hired in the CodeZenX ATS carries across into XE-HRMS as an employee record, without re-entering the same details.
